Hi, we're Sasha and Jake Marsh—real estate investors, small business owners, and parents who believe the best deals come from genuine relationships. Over the last 10 years we've built a real estate portfolio across residential and commercial properties, learning that success in business isn't just about the numbers—it's about understanding people and markets.
Our investments have been in Colorado & New Mexico, relatively close to our home in south Denver.
Today, we're focused on building a sustainable family business that we can pass down to our children, Aidan and Millie. We invest in several states around the country, with a focus on strong & growing markets.
We network with fellow storage operators & investors who believe in sharing knowledge and best practices to help everyone improve and raise the bar in the industry.

Our real estate experience started with residential properties and we then expanded into commercial multifamily. Our approach combines the strategic acquisition of properties where we can renovate and improve management to maximize returns. We leveraged our properties for long-term, mid-term, and short-term (Airbnb) rentals. This experience helped us develop an eye for value-add opportunities, the experience to manage a variety of asset classes, and the capital to fund the next phase of our investments.
Our long-term focus is self-storage, where we're applying everything we've learned from residential real estate and business operations. We're interested in acquiring facilities from owners looking to transition out of the business, as well as properties where we can unlock additional value through targeted improvements. We're excited about the storage industry and our hands-on experience in acquisitions and operations allows us to offer sellers a smooth transition out of storage & into their next venture.
Building and operating successful businesses has been central to our investment philosophy, providing both capital and operational experience. Through our current house cleaning business, 505 Clean Queens, and our previous ventures running a digital marketing agency and a car rental company, we've learned how to scale operations, manage teams, and optimize profitability. These businesses taught us everything from service delivery and customer retention to technology and exit strategies.
Since we invest across the country, we're often networking with people we haven't met face-to-face. As fellow business owners, we're naturally cautious when working with new people. We like to do our research before doing business with someone, so we want to be transparent about who we are..
Below are links to our long-standing personal and businesses profiles. We encourage you to do your homework on us, and we're happy to answer any additional questions you might have.
